Izzard To Be Drag In War Flick


Eddie Izzard the stand up comic, who is renound for dressing up as a woman and claiming to be a lesbian, is to play a soldier who dresses as a woman in the film 'All the Queen's Men'. Izzard is going to be a member of the British Special Services, who with the US try to steal the Enigma machine code, they dress as women to infiltrate the female-run Enigma factory in Berlin. Matt LeBlanc and Udo Kier are also on the project, Izzard talked to Ananova:

"The walk is very important. It had to be about being feminine without being ridiculously girlie.

"They wanted me to play it like an absurd gay drag queen but I managed to tone my part down."

He helped co-star Matt Le Blanc achieve the look: "I think Matt was very attractive by the time we were through. But then he was when we started.
