Bad Boys Sequel Reunites Smith And Lawrence

Will Smith and Martin Lawrence are to make a sequel to Bad Boys, reports Hollywood Reporter.

The film will be produced Jerry Bruckheimer and directed by Michael Bay, who directed the first movie.

There's no news on the plot but film company Columbia says it will be released next year.

Asked how it felt to be able to finally announce the long-anticipated sequel to the 1995 hit "Bad Boys," planned for a summer 2003 release, Columbia Pictures chairman Amy Pascal said: "It feels good. We're very, very excited."
