Kong, a professional killer, has been mute since childhood, and is as mean as he is silent. He works the city's toughest streets with a numb, sociopathic coldness, bringing down his steady, impersonal revenge on the world. Ultimately, the chance for his transformation (and redemption) arrives in the form of Fon, the shop assistant who provides the only tenderness he's ever known. As a result, Kong feels remorse for his past actions and decides to fight against those who would force him to remain a killing machine.
