James 'Bond 23' Set For Production

A new James Bond film has been given the go-ahead and is due to be released on 9 November 2012, film studio MGM and EON Productions have announced.

Producers Michael Wilson and Barbara Broccoli and MGM said the 23rd Bond would go into production in late 2011.

The latest 007 adventure, starring Daniel Craig for the third time, will be directed by Oscar winner Sam Mendes. The franchise had been on hold amid financial troubles, with MGM filing for bankruptcy protection last November.

Book early and keep watching the rates. If you book diertcly through a hotel, you can cancel a reservation as late as 24 hours in advance with no penalty. If the price goes up, you're already locked in with your rate. If it goes down, you can cancel your reservation and make a new one (or call the hotel and ask for the cheaper rate).There doesn't appear to be any huge conventions in town during your dates, but March 17 is both St. Patrick's Day and the first full day of the NCAA mens basketball tournament, which is a huge day at the sports books. Those events might be driving up the hotel room rate.
