George Clooney Joins 'Burn After Reading'
[Tuesday, October 24th, 2006]George Clooney has come aboard for the contemporary East Coast caper Burn After Reading, says Production Weekly.
The story is loosely based on the novel by Admiral Stansfield Turner, 'Burn Before Reading: Presidents, CIA Directors, and Secret Intelligence'.
It follows a C.I.A. guy who’s writing a book and he loses the disc. Clooney’s character is not the C.I.A. guy, but a guy that goes around killing people.
The project is slated to begin production in August.
