Thursday, July 5th, 2007Penn, who had been repped by Endeavor, is rewriting a remake of "The Dirty Dozen" for Warner Bros. and producer Joel Silver, and his screen credits include "X-Men: The Last Stand," "Fantastic Four" and "Elektra."
