Antonio celebrates his 21st birthday just as he's ending a two-year prison sentence at Folsom prison. He's used his prison time to study the workings of the stock market and once back in L.A., he heads for the posh law offices of his upwardly mobile older brother Horatio, However, Horatio is less than thrilled to see him for he has serious legal problems of his own to battle.
