Studio: Jane Balfour Films

Release date: January 12th, 1996

Synopsis:
There's a red pollution cloud hanging over New York City, but it's not a problem until symptoms appear at the hip Naga Saki restaurant. Cats glow green, the fish lips are contaminated. The culprit might just be the omni-national GX Corporation, which bombards the town with TV commercials that end in the nefarious tag line, "We Care." Shareen and Claire are raising their daughter, Honey, in a converted garage near Fresh Kills, the Staten Island landfill that claims to be the largest garbage dump in the world. Shareen salvages refuse with her pickup while Claire waits tables at Naga Saki. Claire brings the special fish lips home for Honey, who turns green and soon after disappears. With sushi chef/hacker Jiannbin Lui and poet/dishwasher Miguel Flores, Shareen and Claire break into top secret cybervaults and dive into a torrent of eco-warfare.
