aside from the fact that i'm SURE it's a flagrant policy violation ("high risk" stop or not), what level of idiot does it take to park directly on f*cking train tracks and place a handcuffed person in the back, when there's nothing but barren desert all around you to safely park in? jfc.

the fact that the woman survived at all is pretty amazing. and now that officer has made her a multimillionaire, probably at the expense of his career. gg, dumbass.
