Do any of you ever have the urge, like I do sometimes like today, to tell ppl "to shuve it" for no real reason what so ever?

I usualy don't do it but still ever had that urge?

it's funny when ever I do it to people i work with they seem to like it or somethin wierd..

Yes. Its kinda normal for me - but i dont always act on my urges...which is good in some respects.
