How do I enable the Encode, or if there isnt one, what is the decode for and what are some Decodeables (look mom, i invented a word)? And howwwww do i use the drop command to give me certain guns in my saved game (PC) and find out the *Locked guns in the Bguns\ folder? anyone?

Its got about 1000 pages and my connection is slow. I found out about the decode, its just the drops i cant get
