and the director admitted it was looks...

If she was a better actor, i could handle it, but she's not...

she got the part cos she's a size 6 and I'm a size 12 ((english sizes))

well, think of it this way, if the director is that shallow to hire someone soley for looks, then his play will probably be very lousy since he is most likely unskilled in his profession.

Size 6, is she a skeleton???? Size 12 is a reasonable size, maybe even a 10, 8 is ridiculous and 6, geez, surely whe was not given the part on appearances, she must look like a stick insect. Anyhow, unlcuky Phoe, the right part will come along and you'll forget all the disappointments

size 6 isnt that small, my ex gf was size 6 and she had some meat on her.

In the USA size 6 isn't that small but in the UK it's way smaller!!

That director must have a strange sense of looks, size 6 is not my idea of attractive. Maybe that director prefers his women to look like young boys...

some good news.... after I sang so well at the audition, the director has contacted me and asked if I will sing all the songs in the play.... so at least I get to be in the play!
