how do u get pictures under your messages and names?

how do you get pictures under ya messages and how can the pictures under your name move that is

To get moving avatars you have to find them from other sites, and save them on to your PC, then you would come back here and upload custom avatar.

But make sure it's 64 x 64 pixels or less.
