Is in Ep. V, when they are sitting in the astroid monster, and Han and Chewie sweep the Mineoch off the Falcon, and then it starts to shake..... and Han: "Wait a minute"..... And that moment what makes it unique, I hear in my head.. "Kid, ive been to one side of this galexy to another , ive seen alot of strange things..."... And then shoots the ground... "Weer taking off!" Leia: "The cave is collapsing!" Han: "This is NO CAVE!".... Too cool! ...

I guess I like that scene too, Han was such a great character.

i like the escape from the death star in ep. 4......han and luke in the falcons gun turrets, leia and chewie piloting the falcon..."here they come!!!!!" the music in that scene kicks ass.

The one in Ep.6 when Chewie and the Ewoks swing on a vine to capture the AT-ST. That's hillarious!

My favorite scene in the movies is when Obi-wan gives Luke the lightsabre in IV.

That entire scene is majestic and mysterious.

Man this was the best IMO i loved it...and when he asked luke the help him take his mask off..great part and the battle was the best lightsaber battle to date.

The shot of Vader during the whole freezing process, the steam clouds the screen, and the Dark Lord looks up through it, to that building blair of the imperial march.

I too love the scene where Luke gets his lightsaber, even against todays effects, that scene is the $#!+. The thrum of it as he makes those quick jerky moves with it. And the fact that you know from here on out, its gonna be one hell of a ride.

totally. and when R2-D2 shocked the Ewoks after they let him go, and they all start jumping around. that was hilarious.

Yoda lifting theX-Wing is hard to beat. Although "I love you", "I know" may be one of the best scenes in ANY movie.

that scene is so friggin' funny! I just watched that one last night. My brother in law's new wife has never seen any of them. We're having her watch them in order, even though III is missing. She really likes them. The first words out of her mouth when the storm troopers bust into the Tantive IV were "but I thought those were the good guys?" We had to fill her in on the basics of III. I think she'll have an easier time with Empire and Jedi.

I think i'll do that one of these days. watch alllll 6 in a row. and i could watch Yoda whack R-2 with his cane over and over and over..........

Making her watch them in order could of been a mistake. I wonder how its like to see the prequels before the sequels. I hope it doesent spoil your apetite.

no, she gets it, she just needed the basics of three before we watched 4. What I'm waiting to see if she likes the PT or OT better after seeing them all. I say stop the hate and call it the SW Saga instead of segregation since any series with a 25 year gap between entries is bound to have a few quality issues but what do I know?

As a kid watching ROTJ in the cinema I was totally moved when Luke was pounding Vader and the Monks were chanting over the soundtrack. That was powerful. I remember after that sitting on the steps of the cinema being totally depressed while my mates were hyper about the movie coz I thought there would never be any more Star Wars.

The original Greedo encounter was great stuff...

Yeah only the original version of the encounter, the remake was crap and messed up the scene. They should of kept it the way it was.

I liked the scene in ROtJ where C-3P0 is telling the story to the Ewoks and he's speaking Ewok but there is the occasional sound effect or name like "yub nub ichu numbi Darth Vader *Vader breathing sounds* esti dolchee do mano Death Star *laser fire sounds*" That cracks me up every time

The battle on Hoth at the beginning of EMPIRE is the best scene out of the 5 movies and I can only assume the new one as well.

walkers are sooo cool. that ewok on a hang glider was pretty cool too. bombs away!!!!!

When Wicket tries to be smart with the sling shot(sort of one) and then hits himself. I like liked the dark ewok iswell that waves his gun in the air after chewies walker destroys the first AT-ST.

the ewoks trying to drive the walker! and chewie yells at them cause he almost falls off.

i have three favorite scenes episode V , when darth says... im your father luke, episode I .. when anakin says to padme .. are you an angel?? and episode II yodas figth ..... is amazing

My particular gem is that little moment of recognition between Ben (Obi Wan) and R2D2 in E4. Retro to us now but significant!

The one I like is when Jango Fett and Obi-Wan was fighting in the rain.

Either the Throne room scene (ep 6) or the annakin/obiwan/dooku/yoda lightaber battles scene (ep 2)

I like any scene that features Watto....he's such a funny little guy (and a damn fine actor too!!)

During TESB when Han and Leia are running from the imps...that parts cool

-Count Dooku versus Anakin and Obi-Wan
-Yoda versus Count Dooku (yesssss)

Episode VI:

-Beginning of the Movie with Darth walking through the door.
-Luke training
-Obi-Wan versus Darth Vader
-End battle with X-Wings and Death Star

Episode V:

-Hoth battle
-Luke training with Yoda
-Han getting frozen in carbonite(is that wrong?)
-Luke versus Darth Vader(that's impossible!)

Episode VI:

-The fight on the decks of that ship on Tatooine
-Endor battle
-Final Duel with Luke and Vader
-Vader picking up Palpatine and throwing him down the shaft..

when Luke meets Yoda is one of the best scenes EVER.

Yes love that bit but being a girlie girl my fave is where Han and Leia kiss for the first time
