In the first matrix, when Neo was visted by his friends and before they came his computer/Trinity (I believe) told him to follow the white rabbit? Does she know Trinity and or is she in the other movies?

who is "she"?

No, I just think Trin knew where they were going to go, or new how to track them and figure it out, and she wanted to meet Neo there. Something as profound as describing the tatoo on somebody who is at your door two seconds later would probably get anyone to go. Then she just had to hack in, and track him down in the club.

And her name was DuJour btw. The guys name was Choi.
