Hi,
I have tried numerous times to make screen caps from online videos (Real and Media Players ect.) I have been pressing the print screen button and when I paste it always turns out black. Is there another way I am meant to do this? Could you explain step by step how to make them? If I cannot personally make them could someone make them for me? Thanks,

All I know is Prt Scrn.
