What if at the end there are exactly 23 survivors of the Zion raid and strangely enough the ones that Neo would have chosen anyways.

that doesn't matter, because Neo chooses them from the Matrix, not Zion, Zion is destroyed, "its every living inhabitant terminated, its entire existence eradicated"

That would be very good ending I think, the door that all of the other ones "did'nt" choose was the door that was chosen by all of them, and the other door was actually the right one.

Well Maybe not the right door but a different choice. But from what I have put together I think some survive.
