Hey... does anyone have the slightest idea what Neo is doing here in this pic? He looks a little.... God-like if I do say so myself... smiling his Neo-smile with his hands raised in a seeming-praise. The picture also looks as if it were viewed through a TV, beit an on-screen effect (like the Architect's TVs) or the way the picture was scanned... what do you all think?
