As you already know(those of you that has played ETM) The oracle tells Ghost that "two programs she trusted gave the Merov her termination code", I think if you think a little
logically we have seen a peak of those two programs(Rama and the lady that might be his wife) because the oracle goes on to say that they did it for the love of thier child(could be the little girl with Rama) We could assume that when in reloaded we see Neo Trin and Mor going to talk with Mero and we see Rama being escorted away by a Mero lackey thats when "it" happened, thats when rama gave Mero the Oracles term codes! why else would mero tell them "tell the fortune teller her time is almost up" if he didnt have those codes? but most important I think were going to be introduced to this most important child talked about by the oracle in ETM, Hey I could be wrong...But I could be right

I am also curious about how you found out his name, and also the name of the time keeper?....

They are pretty sure that is his name. It has to do something with the Hindu religion. as far as how they know about his relationship with the little girl. in ETM when you complete the game as ghost the oracle tells him that two people she trusted sold her codes to mero for the love of their child. here are two adults and a child. the man was being escorted out of meros restraunt in reloaded as neo, trin and morph entered.

i think something to do with comics, and lots of in-depth research

maybe someone made it up, and everyone just thought rama sounded good?
