How do you become a Jedi Council member?

I sense a to-be-moved topic...

You get voted on by the members. Dilligent service to the board is what catches their eye.

However, there's only 7 of them, and really one of them will have to leave for another to be made up. Besides, it's not as if there's some secret fun-party locked up in there, Not one that they've told ME about,. anyway.

But the real Jedi council has 12 members! Pleeeeease can I play? I'll be good!!!
