What do you do if you know someone who is so depressed that they cut themselves?

this is more the questions about the forum munchkin... but I told you my (short) opinion in the welcome-thread

especially when that person that i was talking about is me

then I would suggest you talk to your best friend,
it's not easy for someone to talk about this if they barely know you

ya thats true but my friend wouldnt understand because she has a wonderful life!
