yes - the gdf threads are supposed to stay on topic. the otf was created for rambling and "off topic" remarks. "off topic" as opposed to general discussion (on topic).

Well I have to agree with SA on this somewhat, because look at this thread, it has already gotten off-topic, and it is in the GDF. There are quite a few other threads that this happens in too.

No, i didn't notice. Probably because they aren't alike. GDF has some kinda regulation and not as many numerous hectic threads exist in the GDF.

Yes, it is. Like i said in that other thread, the otf is causing a bad mentality for the people who mainly post there, they are used to the total freedom they have in that forum.
