i was gettin taughte how to pose today in my gym by sue the gym owner and i tell u one thing it isnt easy getting up doing that i mean it hard enough for some people to get up and go infront of a crowd but to have to get poses down is hard as fuuck. i was getting cramps in my legs flexing so ahrd and the techinques were so hard to get down it is going to be a ***** make a routine of this with music this may when i do my show
