Cable's powers

I have read none of the Age of Apocalypse comics 🙁 and so dont know know much about Cable and was wondering what exactly are his mutations?

he has an impenetrable forcefield, telepathy, telekinesis and the possibility to time-travel.

So whats with his arm?

he somehow got the bionic arm and eye when he was able to expel the techno-organic virus he'd been infected with. (this virus could turn cells into machinery, so what happened to his arm could be a side effect.)
