I have read none of the Age of Apocalypse comics and so dont know know much about Cable and was wondering what exactly are his mutations?

he has an impenetrable forcefield, telepathy, telekinesis and the possibility to time-travel.

So whats with his arm?

he somehow got the bionic arm and eye when he was able to expel the techno-organic virus he'd been infected with. (this virus could turn cells into machinery, so what happened to his arm could be a side effect.)
