i do the heavist squats for the freshmens and also sophmores and junior but there is one sophmore that is beatin me i did 295 the other day for 5 reps but this kid i know does 330 so i am going to beat him this month so giv me luck and hope i dont bust a knee cap going to do 315 on monday OOOO YAY!!!!!
