The first superman was Christopher Reeves

Neo is Keanu Reeves

hmmmmmmm....

Sifer
There are no coincidences...

Sifer
Quite mad that Keanu (if he didn't have an op on his spinal column) he would have become paralysed also...

clavis9495
did the wachowski do that intentionally

Cowboyography
hope there are no horses in revolutions

dave123
so if keanu was paralysed, we would have had Will Smith for a Neo, hehe.

miggfl
The wachowskis did not cast keanu reeves. In fact when WB told wachowskis thats who they were casting, they were very skeptical at first, but later were very very glad he was the casting choice.

At the time he was chosen solely on his appeal to the demographic.

husky321
They originally wanted Ewan Mcgregor. He plays Obi-wan in Star Wars Episode 1 and 2

JKozzy
Keanu must never learn the truth. Keep him away from all horses.

dave123

Korri

Curse of the supermen

Korri
confused oh no

GABRIEL05
I think Ewan McGregor would have been wierd as neo. I can't quite explain why, but it probably has something to do with his British flare...hmmm....

"Well, let me give you a little word of advice: when you see a cookie you do like the rest of us...eat. Eat your ass off!"

Korri
