yess i do this machine called the leg press is 50 pounds of resintence wiht no weight on it and then i put on 24 45 pound plate on it then i leg press it for 4 to 5 reps i dont ever lie about my weights so actully i do 1130 pounds cause i forgot to add the 50 pounds u do starting off period with no weight so do the math 24 times 45 pounds plates equlas 1080 plus the 50 ponds = 1130 if i ever get a digital camera or get my hands on one i will take a pic of me doing it and put it up on the site

i actully havent been there in a while but hock3yhorror is always there and we r doing good we got 30 members so far and over 600 posts i think last time i checked we where at like 540 so i am guessing it went up ill check right now infact and i car is more then 1000 pounds unless it was very small but there is a guy in my gym that can calve raise 900 pounds wich is insanse and then there is a guy at my gym who put on all the wehight u can on the leg pres smachine and also ahd three people sit on it and he did it it was like 2000 pounds or some shit and also this guy ate 70 hot wings at hooters at the golds gym christmas party i was like holy shit lol
