maybe i am getting old but i listen to people talk and i am confused about somestuff when did the eagles become a country band?and i mention people i listen to who have been around for years and no one seems to know who i mean..so i am going to throw some names out i am wondering if anyone has ever heard of them and if not look for them in your music store they are great..
gram parsons,flying burrito brothers, david bromberg,jerry jeff walker, kinky friedman,guy clark,arlo guthrie,hot tuna,quicksilver messenger service,and theres others but i won't bore you...

I like Gram Parsons, shame he died so young.

Also of this ilk, I like The Byrds, The Flying Burrito Brothers, The Band, Arlo Guthrie.

I also like alot of old blues guys like, Willie Dixon, Big Bill Broonzy, Leadbelly and robert johnson etc.
