pablo007
I did a thread like this one before
vvvrulz
Goldeneye
ahaetrkarykl
that would definately be goldfinger. close behind is from russia with love. i just picture goldfinger as the classic james bond movie. it has the kinky women with kinky names (pussy), and it has such a great villan, and it has odd job (random task hehe). sean connery is just awesome in goldfinger. he has an awesome car too. the list goes on and on
yerssot
that's not that easy ... they all have their ups and downs,
but yeah goldeneye was nice, doctor no is a classic
er... hmm... I have no idea
spydar1982
goldeneye...easily best bond ever... no non-cgi effect today can still match when he jumps off the cliff with the motor cycle to free fall and catch the crashing plane...
dulobast25
anybody know what happened to tht terminator films?
yerssot
duloblast, wrong section
spydar, yeah, goldeneye was a good one
airangel429
I LIKE THEM ALL (THE BRONSON ONES)
yerssot
even ... die another day?
airangel429
YEAH I LIKED THAT ONE. THAT'S THE ONE WITH HALLE RIGHT? I LIKE THE CARS IN IT TOO......
yerssot
yeah... that's the one ...
just needed to double check that!
SpikeSpiegel
DAD was good, but boy was that OTT. My favourate is You Only Live Twice.
yerssot
hehe! great quote:
"You're late as usual, even for your own funeral!"
-"Well, we corpses have absolutely no sense of time what so ever"
I miss the JB movies
should bring them with me next time!
movie_freak
I liked Brosnan as Bond except The World is not enought and Goldeneye is definately my fav
maifoshis
the spy who loved me
maifoshis
whats the woman in that called i forget her name shes married to ringo starr now
maifoshis
barbara bach i think?
finti
I like Living Daylights
yerssot
indeed, the girl there was Barbara Bach (Major Anya Amasova)
nice girl
forumcrew
u guys are too new school.. the old ones are way better.. look past the special fx and look at the actual movie.. id say maybe thunderball or moonraker
LindsIsTightK
I liked The World is Not Enough, that is the movie that convinced me to watch the other Bond movies as well.
yerssot
well, that's the problem, no?
Dr No is from 1962; peope who just saw JB will have it difficult enjoying that one if they are hooked on big FX and such
but that movie was made more then 40 years ago, I think you can't say it's just "old school" and "new school", I think there are more ...er... schools then just two!
forumcrew
true true.. and for new commers to bond i get your point.. but i saw bond movies before pierce ever took over and i started with the old ones.. and i can appreciate them for what they are
yerssot
unfortunatly, I can only remember the old JBs from videos
wicker_man
Goldeneye is my all time favourite Bond movie closley followed by:
The Living Daylights
License To Kill
Moonraker
and The Spy Who Loved Me.
yerssot
didn't really liked moonraker
G.P
- Goldfinger
- Live and let die
Dirty Vader
I liked Goldeneye, Tomorow Never Dies an the World is not enough.
I also like the one in Paris and the one where that police car chases him.
worldindustries
None cuz they are all boring * yawn*
yerssot
it's noted, if you don't like it, then leave here
Deus
I thought 'The World Is Not Enough' was excellent... But that's just me.
'Goldeneye' was a classic! True Russians VS Bond greatness.
yerssot
a last remnant of the cold war
Alias Neo
goldeneye is the best
Ahnold
Bump!
Erm, "AVTOK", you mean?
Of the recent films, "GE" is definitely my favourite ...
yerssot
then why is it "just ok" to you in another thread?
Ahnold
As I explained in the other thread, I chose my words poorly. "GE" is of course one of the best Bond films ...
yerssot
and your fave too
gentmax
It is almost a toss-up between 'Goldfinger' and 'Dr. No'. 'Dr. No' was cool because Bond got the job done without any gadgets to save him. Just him and his will. Oh yeah, and Honey.
But I really love 'Goldfinger' too. Great books, if you ever get the opportunity to read them.
yerssot
what about FRWL? he only had his suitcase there I believe?
and welcome
gentmax
That one was very good also. It comes close, but I still just have to watch 'Goldfinger' when it comes on. I'm waiting for the DVDs to be seperated, so I can get the Connery ones. They've got them in those mixed boxes now.
And thanks.
Just my two cents.
yerssot
come again?
they aren't available seperatedly??? they are even seperate available here, that means they are that everywhere
gentmax
Hmm, maybe i should check before i speak.
yerssot
I hope they are out there
I know I found some here anyway
Legaia
GoldenEye is the greatest!
I also love all the other Bond movies except Never Say Never Again...
yerssot
that last one isn't an official bond movie
silver_tears
Goldeneye by far
It has everything I could have wanted in a Bond film
Specially Pierce wearing very little thumbsup
yerssot
and now they can't do that or it'll be rated R
silver_tears
ranting bastards
yerssot
they could make an R-rated version though... I bet a lot of people would see that
silver_tears
I prefer the hidden sexual innuendos and brief glimpses of skin, adds to the suspense
yerssot
wait till you see Pierce in it
silver_tears
Well he's just a given, it isn't a movie without him no2
yerssot
unfortuantly, he won't be in a new one so lets hope for a good successor and that they'll do a decent...screening... of him
silver_tears
I thought he was sticking around for one more eek
yerssot
that's what I hope but up till now it's just all rumors unfortunatly
silver_tears
You're kidding right? bawling I was all excited too, so is the next one delayed for longer now?
yerssot
well, with the confirmation of yesterday, it's official: Pierce is out fulltime and the movie is for 2006... I still believe that if they press it, they can make it to 2005
