Ok, so at the end of Reloaded, the battle for Zion was a slaughter. So how does Zion exist in Revolutions?

Zions not been slaughtered yet, that was the defensive manuver they tried to pull, zions still got 12 hours left

We obviously don't know. But if Zion falls then there will no more free human beings (except our heros if they don't die too). This is not a good ending. I wouldn't want it to end this way.
