I was wondering if you guys have staff meetings where Raz gives you the agenda for the day and tell's you to do this or that, or look out for this or that.
You guy's have to do something like that to stay organized.

We don't have daily meetings but we do have huge party's in the moderators lounge, with free drinks and strippers.

But thats nothing compared to the JC, I couldn't even begin to describe what goes down in there.

What got me thinking about you guys having "staff meetings" was the news that some new forums were coming up and one of the suggestions was an actor/actress forum to get rid of "he's so hot" or "she's so hot " threads. I was just imagining Raz telling you guys to move all those kind of threads to the new forum and being on the look out for any new ones that pop up. Then I thought maybe he gives these kinds of instructions on a regular or semi-regular basis, well only one way to find out, ask!

No, he did that himself using the Mass Move function, I would imagine.

But to give another example, the new Unhosted RP area was something I PMed Raz about. He created the new area but left it entirely to me to move everything over, it being my area and all (and Raz not entirely knowing what I was talking about...)
