This milk comes in Fat Free, 2%, 1% and whole milk---This goes for regular white milk too.

I like 80% dark chocolate, too, but it depends on where the cacao comes from... a high percentage of cacao is healthier! The more milky a milk chocolate is the more fat and cacao butter it contains.
