My favourite issues have got to Ultimate X-Men 5 & 6. I like in at the end of #5 when the Sentinels attacks the Savage Land, Magneto puts them under his control and flies away with them. Then, the whole of issue 6 rocks.

I don't remember the # specifically because my comics are put away at home, but it's the issue where Magneto goes berserk and rips the adamantium skeleton almost outta wolverine. I know it had a holographic card of wolvie on the cover and he looked like a porcupine.
