the pictures under your name are avators, i forgot where you go to get those but you could probably go to 'help' and the other pictures are signatures, you can get someone to make you one are make one yourself

To have an "avatar" ,which is the pic under your name, you need to go to "profile" then "edit options" and "change avatar." You can either chose from the selection or upload one of your own.
