whilst browsing the website i went to breaking news at
thematrix.com
the topmest message reads:

i saw this and was like wtf i have tried adding it to the url but that didnt work. does any1 have a clue what this is it puzzled me rather a lot

That’s flash commands. I don’t think the link is active yet but if you are in the flash version of thematrix.com and put your pointer over the third little computer screen on the top in the bigger screen on the right reads "0x0AC01BFA"

this has been discussed a lot... look around for threads like "Hex Code" or "Hex Access"...
