First post and im not a bible hugger or anything but I did stumble over this...

if you have a bible near by just read the first chapter of The Revelation of Jeus Christ and match it up with The Matrix.
the frist paragraph...

The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave Him to show His servants - things which must shortly take place. And he sent and signified it by His angel to His servant John...

Neo being Christ, Trin being his angel, John being Morph and maybe God= the oracle?

paragraph 4..... John, to the seven churches which are in Asia; Grace to you and peace from Him who is and who was and who is to come, and from the seven Spirts who are before His throne.

correct if im wrong, isn't this the 7th verison of the matrix(or 6th).

Yes, we know that there are many parallels between revelations, and the bible in general, and the Matrix...and whats wrong with being a bible-thumper? or hugger, for that matter?

hooray for smart people who actually belive the religious theme and arent searching for a way to avoid it!
