Puppet Of Doom
If you're like me and you love Tim Burton movies (eg: Nightmare Before Xmas) then what's your favourite one???

I like the Nightmare Before Christmas, Sleepy Hollow, Edward Scissorhands and Beetlejuice. And Batmas's pretty good too big grin

Pablo G
I love his Batman flicks, Sleepy Hollow, Edward, and Planet of the Apes remake.

BidMyBlood2Run
Hell yes! Thank you Tim Burton for giving us Johnny Depp with shaggy hair and pleather!
seriously, I love his work. He's very talented.

ahaetrkarykl
my favorite of his has got to be edward scissorhands

vvvrulz
Batman !!! big grin
Ed. Scissorhands was ok. Hated planet of the apes. Original was far better.

ahaetrkarykl
ya i hated the planet of the apes remake too. the origional was awesome. batman is awesome too.

ragesRemorse
ok not many movies can compare to PEE WEE hermans big adventure, batman, or beatlejuice. Burton is a great director. However he needs to do somthing to redeem planet of the apes

Lord Soth
Batman and Batman Returns-near perfect
Nightmare Before Christmas-genius
Sleepy Hollow-hilarious, well acted

Tim Burton rules! Good luck on Charlie and Chocolate Factory, man.

johnnys#1 fan
SLEEPY HOLLOW awsome movie!!!
EDWARD SCISSORHANDSbig grin
and I can't wait too see Big Fish and Willy Wonkabig grinbig grinbig grinbig grinbig grinbig grin

SilverFighter
I agree with you on planet of the apes. Why would a skillful director like Tim waste his time on such a bad project? He could use the money from that film to make a more better remake of another film. Nothing can top the original Planet of the apes.

Anyways here are two of my most favorite Burton films:

Pee Wee's Big Adventure.
Ed Wood.

julibug
Sleepy Hollow, Edward Scissorhands & Mars Attacks!

Kes
I like the Batman movies, Edward Scissorhands, Beetlejuice and love Sleepy Hollow.
But on the other hand hate Mars Attack, great cast but (IMO) crappy movie. Not a fan of Pee wee either messed

silver_tears
Love sleepy hollow, edward, batman, nightmare before xmas, and mars attacks big grin

BackFire
I hate Tim Burton, that guy tries to be so original and artistic, but the fact that he made planet of the apes reminds us all of his lack of talent.

slinger
First, TIM BURTON ROCKS!!! And second, I like Batman, Beetlejuice, Nightmare Before Christmas, and, of course, Edward Scissorhands. I used to love Pee Wee's Big Adventure when I was younger until I figured out about his friggin problem with masturbating in theaters and kiddie porn. What a happy man he must be.

Lord Soth
Whoa! He did Mars Attacks! Another brilliantly funny movie to add!

I love Beetlejuice too

Lord Soth
So? One stinker in a cavalcade of genius.

SaTsuJiN
Tim Burton is tops. I love his design of Edward Scissorhands the best

lol @ the ending for planet of the apes, it wasnt THAT bad of a movie though wink

BackFire
Yes...it was.

Curl_Up&Dye
I really like his work. The spooky themes he creates make for awesome halloween movies.

Lord Soth
I'd place most Tim Burton movies in the Dark Humor genre (painfully obvious, I know, but no one else mentioned it, huh?)

billyboyd4ever
TIM BURTON IS THE BEST!!!! and i love danny elfman (im sorry bu the seem sto accompany burton very often...)
my favorite is definetly edward scissorhands, then sleepy hollow, then nitemare before xmas, and the beatleguice

Dario Argento
Tim Burton is brilliant! But his Planet of the Apes sucks.

Curl_Up&Dye
danny elfman seems to stick with the 'dark humor' movies, (as Lord Soth so wonderfully titles it) semi sci fi (remember Men In Black).

During a recent interview, Tim Burton talked a little more about Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, and when we might see it, along with some great news regarding Planet of the Apes 2. Read on for the story.

Here are some excerpts from the interview with the Calgary Sun, "I have no idea when we'll begin on Willy. It will all depend on the script. I won't be tied down to a release date ever again." Burton says he chose Depp over actors like Michael Keaton because "he's always surprising and funny and right now he's a big star."

"Chocolate Factory" is being written by John August, who also wrote the screenplay for Burton's Big Fish.

Burton says he won't be involved in any sequel to his Planet of the Apes, which starred Mark Wahlberg. "No, no, no, never. After having made Batman Returns, I realized it's not a good idea for me to do sequels."

Puppet Of Doom
Fank you for de information! That's very useful to know. smile
Charlie and the Chocolate Factory should be good, yay! Happy Dance

Holcomb
I can't wait for Big Fish. The trailer looks amazing, vintage Burton.

Dario Argento
Didn't he like Batman Returns?
I think Batman Returns was better than the first one.

Lord Soth
First two were awesome, Batman Forever and Batman and Robin sucked ass. Neither of which were directed by Butron, which tells yo something........
