I would consider it something to talk about in the GDF. Remember, these boards are connected to a MOVIE website. Not a Japanese Cartoon Shows website.

Hmmm...some people want an anime forum, some want a graphics/art forum, anime is a kind of art. Why not combine them to make an 'Anime and the Arts Forum'?

Or, just discuss anime in Movie Discussion, and discuss graphics/art in the general discussion forum, I don't think there are enough threads for either of these to need their own forum.

i dont quite see why you need a WHOLE foum on anime, as much as i love it, cant you just do it in the movies section

yes, there are many anime movies, it's just people choose to ignore then. i mean, there are a ton. i can name at least 10 off the top of my head.

voted yes. Anime is as good and recognizable as any other story telling medium. I'd also like a forum to show off drawings or fanart for the movies or something of that sort

anime rocks! give it a forum, there have been enough great anime movies out, like spirited away, and cowboy beebop, and thousands of others that haven't had the honor of becoming well know. most are pretty good. yeah, it deserves a forum

i lurve anime, but unfortunately when i tried to look it up on the net, i clicked a link connected to manga. this then sent me to adult porn sites which i couldnt get out of!! it took me at least two weeks to get rid of all of the pop ups that kept on arriving on my modem, and im still getting it now, im inundated with cartoon pornographic pictures, which are not only gross, but hellish annoying. anyway, my point is, if we had a whole forum dedicated to anime, us true fans could look and post safely without the worry of pop up porno everywhere. YES to Anime Forum, please!!!

oh, and about those sites, you should just know whwere to look. i mean, if you sepicifically target one show or movie, it's easy to get info, etc on it with out being linked to porn sites. it would be a great forum to be able to discuss everything about anime, including safe sites to look at.
