How about this Raz as For the ne Art Forum it wuld be for every kind of art self expressive from writing to peoples sketches, and the now ever expanding art community wonders why there isn't one.

Yes there is. Check under Misc.

Anything that you can classify as Art goes in there, including literature if not appropriate for the Fiction area.
