grant me the grace to accept the things i cannot change,
the courage to change the things i cannot accept
and the wisdom to forgive those i had to viciosly assault today because they got right in my face

help me to give 100 per cent at work:
15 per cent on monday
25 per cent on tuesday
35 per cent on wednesday
20 per cent on thursday
and 5 per cent on friday

and help me to always disguise those things,
that i left undone that i should have done by 5p.m.
and let me not forget, when the world is against me,
and everybody seems to be getting on my ****,
that it takes forty-two muscles to frown,
and only four to raise my middle finger
and tell them where they can shove their stinking job
