This is just a notice to let everyone know that the green dots and labels that we currently have (apart from in the default style) will in a couple of days be removed all together.

The main reason that they are being removed is so that we don't have redundant posts just so someone can up their dot count (like we had the other day).

perhaps the room that comes available can be used for the moodboxes I suggest weeks ago?

Thanx I made a whole series of them they're in the General forum.

Do you know why I think it's great that you're getting rid of the dots and title I think you should base it on not how many posts you have but the content of the posts I hardly ever do a one line post, If I did I would have a post count that would rival a moderator.

But all my dots will leave...

Anybody who posts usless posts just to increase their post count is a $$$%^%^$^%$^. I've been on here for a 1.5 months and have about 265 posts, yet I've seem some newe guys have 500 posts in just a week! Who wants to bet that most of them are pointless? I sure would and I've seen it. Nearly all my post are important, including this one, BTW. I really did like the dots and I recently found out about them. It's a shame they're gone.

i didn't see the dots, except once when i was testing the settings, but i am glad they are gone, just because people try to up their post count...however, i think a moodmeter would be interesting...

yeah, i liked reading people's labels though. It looks weird with out the dots. i can understand why they were taken away, but I liked them.

i made it on my computer noit to use the defaults. i havent seen the green dots since i first joined so i wont miss them but i do like the labes even if i cant see them having other people see them r ok

Yea we used to have the Dots under your Avatar, they corresponded with your post count....
Then after you got to the highest or somethign Raz gave you a Custom title, btu too many dot upping crap-posts.

I think it's like on a pro board Clo. You know how when your post count gets to a certain level you go from Newbie to Junior, then Junior to Senior etc? Well, something like that I guess..........
