What is it, why isn't it selectable and how come Raz had it?

I'm just testing out a new text-only style. I'll make it selectable once I get it to look right.

Anyways, yup it is very plain and boring. Its for people with VERY slow connections. It won't be available for sometime though.

All I can think of now is that scene in Leathal Weapon II and the SA consolate...
