well we have so many differnt KMC this and that i thought i would post my favorite place in the whole wide world. THE GYM!!!!!!!!!!

well ill take u threw a run threw of where everythng is at.

over there we got the cardio room for those people that would like to loose more fat weight then put on muscel. here is our squat racks u can do squats shrugs standing miltary good mornings and pleanty other ecersises there. u got ur basic free wieghts over here the dumbells range from 10 pounds to 160 pounds. we got many plate station racks the plates go from 10 pounds to 45 pounds. and we have many more excersises here hammer streantghs cabels benches incline decline benches dip rack dip machine etc etc this place is really also just to mess around ad ask actull qeustions u might have about working out if u want ne advice ill be up in front either eating or ill be lifting o have fun


*walks over to the squat rack and starts to load on plates*

one two three four five six seven eight nine ten oooo boy what a set

*LTA takes two 60 pound dumbells and does 50 curls before accidentally dropping them on his toe*

50 curls with the 60's u beast u and that hurts i actully seriosuly dropped a 45 pound plate on my foot today oo that was horribel

starts to do the leg press puts 26 , 45 pound plates on it the funny thing is i can actully do that in real life 1170 pounds

*hits the showers*

stops leg pressing and runs into the showers after silver tears

hey its a virtual gym... besides I cant even to a single curl with a fifty pounder... thirty definitly (maybe 50 curls) maybe 40s, but no way in hell would I be able to do even a single curl with 50 pounders.
my legs however are much much much stronger than my arms, they can lift 160 easily...

hurt like a *****, eh? I'll be sure not to do that

*starts to curl 5 lb. weights*

I like my lil virtual gym i got here lol the nice thing is i can workout and not have trouble walking or movin the next day but i still got to lift in real life and yes i am sore every single day i walk like an old man seriously after leg day

like I said beastie boy, its the virtual world, and at 50 curls in real life with 30's, my arm is sore as hell...

*Brings in fake weights and pretends to be straining to impress the ladies*

*catches it and starts juggeling all the other fake weights he has in his hands*

*walks in with no shirt on, goes over to the dumbells and starts lifting the 160 pounder*

No these are real. *shows off incredibly buff arms and chest*

*picks up 160 pounders and attempts to lift 'em and impress the girls...
but then breaks both arms painfully, I yell and fall to the ground... *"Not Again!"

*drools in mid excercise*

*walks over to LTA and helps him get up*

walks over to LTA ith shirt out a veins blurring and picks up the 160s and starts incline dumbell pressing them 25 26 27 28 29 oo yea gets done throws them at the mirrior

*quietly goes over to the benchpress machine and lifts all but one of the plates*

yeah I'm fine *DR helps LTA up and sees bones sticking out of the arm.
LTA sees them, and shrugs* whatever...

*goes to the bar thing and does 30 pull ups*

*buys a bottle of water and a low-carb chocolate bar at the counter*

*goes to the freeweights and grabs a 70 pounder in both hands and starts doing bicep curls*

*does 200 one-armed pull ups, switching arms after 100*
