I'm confused,whats the difference between the off topic and general discussion sections?

lol that you can post "whatever you want" in any thread there, and that in general discussion forum your threads and posts need to be ON TOPIC and they have to make sence

the ideea is that: post on-topic in the GDF where you can find general topics about u're life,style,whatever......and in the OTF you post whatever the h*ll you want (meenless&pointless included), but of course PG-13.
