How bout i just stay cause umm i am so sore from football today i cant move I got my bottle of whipp cream and a diet pepsi im all set for at least 2 more hours until i feel like getting my ass up to go out tongihte. its only 530 i wont go out till 7 or so

Well actully in my sport of bodybuilding i am pissed off when i dont get sore from a workout cause that means i didnt workout hard enough and my muscles arent growing. my leg days i cant walk right for 4 days afterwardsa and just about the point when they are all healed up i have to do another leg day its all worth it though

But i bet ur more sore after hockey then i will every be after a workout

i get kind atired when ive been at the pool for 6 hours on the diving boards
