Have you ever seen the musical that was based in it- Return to the Forbidden Planet? Freakin' hilarious show, and very very good.

"Forbidden Planet" is one of my favorite Sci Fi films, and it just so happens to star my favorite comedic actor in a babyfaced Leslie Nielsen.
