I made up a new whatchmacallit word. Niss!! It means whatever you want it to mean, at the time your using it. Example:
"So I was walking to this niss when all of the niss this niss nissed out of this niss! And it totally nissed me out! I was like 'Oh my niss, what the niss do you want'! It was so nissy!"

I find it very helpful when I can't remember a word... which happens to me a lot
