you cant mesure someones intelligence with a test.

heres an example.

if theirs a natzi rocket sientist. and he does really well in his iq test cause hes a sientist.

and then he goes and makes a bomb that kills everybody. is he smart?

Well actually he is smart, it takes alot of intelligence to be able to do that!
However he is not morally right but that doesn't make him dumb!

How can you ask me to do that ? 1) I'm not British (so the general knowledge is right out) and most of the time, I don't get the question (i read too fast and logically I understand nothing)
