yerssot
sooo... lemme see, where to begin...
let's start with this:
today (26th of december), I went to dinner with someone, who invited me over at 5, which I thought was kinda weird. But when I arrived, she told me that after dinner, we would go to "Disney in Concert" in Antwerp.
Eventhough dinner was just great (I can go into much details, but it would only make me hungry again), we had to rush things to leave in time, but not before we exchanged presents, which I didn't know would take place
To stress this one: I'm not christian, so I don't celebrate christmas (easter only for chocolate ) so this dinner was called "a normal dinner just after an ordinary day with a tad more food than usual", just to make sure I didn't had to fear to get baptised all of a sudden . Now, if I knew they exchanged gifts, I certainly would have bought some, but I had no idea what was going on, later on her mom told me that it was ment to tease me all.
In case you wonder, I got a big (like, 45 centimeters) VERY soft and VERY huggable giant panda,
that has a story too, in case you wonder ...
this summer I was in Toronto for 5 weeks, and the 6th week we went to Tennesse, and in the Memphis Zoo, we saw two giant panda's (one was called LynLyn if I'm not mistaken) and that was a lifelong wish coming true, I was trying to find those since I was like 5 orso, even went especially to Paris and London for them but never got to see any. Now that I saw them, I took a lot of pics (most failed though) and wanted to buy a stuffed animal, but my suitcase couldn't handle any more so I just couldn't buy it, now I have my own very big and very special panda bear!
we went to disney in concert, and it was great, though a singer (Mossuse, belgian singer) forgot his lines once during my all time favorite Disney Movie: The Lion King! Good concert and took me back done to memory lane ... realise I was getting old actually cause it were mostly of disney movies I saw when I was a kid and saw nothing but wee-ones around me
and of course, with such a concert, you have to sing outloud, not everyone of course, her parents didn't sing, but miss Special and me sang every song along, even in the car with the CD we got from the organiser.
Why tell you?
Just to let you guys know I had one of the BEST days of my life today and hope you have a lot of days to come
so, a Happy Normal-day to you
