No....I have a computer that accesses the internet and my Tolkien books. I'm in paradise.

He speaks an alternative version of Sindarin (mixed with the Nandorin (=Danian) of the Laiquendi of Ossiriand), as a prince probably also some Quenya. This Sindarin differs from the "normal" Noldor-Sindarin but I don't know anything about examples of this dialect. If you want to learn it, take Sindarin.


(ps Westron is no elvish language, but Legolas also speaks it)
